Meet the Founder

Radhika is an experienced consultant and coach with a passion for individual development. She has extensive international experience in Asia, Europe, and America within the corporate, entrepreneurial, higher-education, and not-for-profit spaces. Radhika has an interest in maximizing development potential by curating customized solutions, grounded in theory. She has a deep understanding of geographical and workplace cultural nuances. Radhika works both at the individual as well as team level to facilitate understanding and solutions. She has developed and facilitated multiple community integrations through customized, cross-cultural assimilation programs. Radhika is passionate about the growth of young female leaders and has developed workshops that address workplace barriers.

Radhika holds a BA in English Honors from The Lady Shri Ram College for women, University of Delhi (India) and an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI (India). She is a certified coach through Rutgers University (USA) and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
